Our History

In the mid-1980s, Beth Campbell began her real estate career but left the business after approximately two years to raise her children and work hand-in-hand with her husband, Terry, in C&C Custom Carpets as finance and retail showroom manager, along with carpet binding technician.

In 1999, Beth decided to go back into the real estate business and, in 2000, began taking classes for her degree in preparation for earning her Ohio Real Estate Broker’s License. In 2002, she finished her degree and became a licensed broker. During this long process, Beth and Terry were also taking care of Beth’s elderly father in their home during the last years of his life. He passed away before she could realize the dream of being the first in her family to obtain a college degree, and promised him that she would someday own her own real estate company with the vision to help others live the American dream of homeownership.

Beth & Terry married in 1986 and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren, and live on a small farm in Nimishillen Township. They have 2 horses, Buck & Flash, 1 cat, Phoebe, a large herd of domestic ducks, and enjoy fishing & swimming in their 3/4-acre pond. They continue to rehab their older home, purchased in 2007 as a bank repo, and thoroughly enjoy the “country life.” Beth also enjoys horse shows, the grandkids, and gardening.

As a lifelong Stark County resident and “country gal,” Beth brings to the business a keen awareness of the struggle many people have during the real estate process and strives wholeheartedly to make the transaction stress-free. Her experience and involvement in each transaction of the company give her the knowledge and toolbox to tackle virtually any problem that comes along with the goal of a satisfactory outcome for all involved.
